Kay Higgins

Artist, publisher, curator, and organizer, in her fourth decade within the worlds of artist-run culture and artists’ publishing. Co-founder of both Artspeak Gallery and the Pacific Association of Artist Run Centres (PAARC). Former candidate for municipal office. Co-owner and founding co-editor, Publication Studio Vancouver/Bookmachine Editions; Executive Director of UNIT/PITT Projects from 2010 to 2018. One-half of the electronic music duo Vomit Fraud (with Brady Cranfield).
